All services are currently online only. Clinical Mental Health Educational services are available to anyone, anywhere, with no licensing restrictions like there is with Counseling. Education and Consultation do not require licensing and are therefore less restrictive of where you live.
Psychoeducation and Consulting
Psycho-education and consultation on counseling principles, theoretical practices, and support to inform clients of options they have for therapy, possible resources, and basic solutions focused tools for emotional regulation and resilience. This is not counseling because it is about giving helpful, non-personal information for support in developing emotional regulation tools, rather than processing old emotional wounds.
