It has been found that movement is a natural nervous system regulator, which helps to be more in one's cognitive mind rather than reactionary response to difficult material and memories. Walking is supportive to being within one's "window of tolerance", which allows full access to our thinking brains which gives creative and positive responses and solutions to emotional situations.
If you have the desire and means, we can add movement to the sessions. We can either zoom while walking in parks, forests, or on a treadmill, whatever you might prefer. Also talk on the phone without viewing each other is also possible if holding a cell phone up is tedious.
